Refund & Return Policy
At CreativelyAdorn, every cookie and handcrafted gift is made fresh and with care. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
Refunds
If there is an issue with your order (such as incorrect items, damage during delivery, or a quality concern), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Photos of the product may be requested so we can make things right.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Custom or large event orders canceled with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future order.
Delivery & Pickup Issues
If you are not available at the confirmed delivery or pickup time, refunds cannot be guaranteed. We’ll do our best to reschedule, but additional fees may apply.
